This position is ideal for a 180 recruiter who thrives on delivery, relationship management, and filling a variety of vacancies across different clients - from blue-collar to white-collar, and across permanent and temporary roles (with a stronger focus on perm). For those interested in growing their business development skills, we’ll provide full support, mentoring, and structured training to help you build confidence and move toward a 360 role in time. Experience in recruitment within manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors (or similar technical environments). Willingness to get involved in BD activity or develop 360 capability with guidance.
