Practical, reliable and proactive in approach

Calm and adaptable when responding to varied maintenance needs
Detail orientated with pride in high standards of workmanship
Flexible and willing to support hotel operations as required
The Role:

Support daily maintenance operations across the hotel
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe and fully operational
Minimise guest impact through efficient, discreet maintenance work
Uphold health, safety and environmental standards
Work collaboratively with Engineering and wider hotel teams
Key Responsibilities:

Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
Carry out basic repairs, inspections and safety checks
Respond promptly and professionally to guest or operational issues
Adhere to grooming, security and sustainability procedures.
