The Role:

This is a hands-on founding engineer position where you will be shipping fast, shaping architecture, and embedding cutting-edge AI directly into the product

You will be building systems that enable thousands of businesses to operate autonomously

What you’ll do:

Build and ship step-changing product features end-to-end

Integrate advanced AI capabilities including voice, reasoning, and context management

Design and own scalable APIs connecting products and intelligence systems

Architect data pipelines that power decision-making and agent context

Build backend systems for knowledge extraction, enrichment, and automation

Contribute to DevOps practices across CI/CD, infrastructure, and observability

What we’re looking for:

Deep full-stack JavaScript or strong backend Python expertise

High agency mindset with end-to-end ownership

Strong track record of shipping production-ready features quickly
