Rotating Weekly Shifts: Week 1: MonWed: 06:0015:30 Thurs: 06:0014:30 Week 2: MonWed: 11:3021:00 Thurs: 11:3020:00 About the Role As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in supporting the companys manufacturing process.

Full training is provided.

Initial duties include: Staging components onto trays Using sizing presses and tapping machines Running mould machines Deflashing and degating parts Future progression may involve: Preparing feedstocks Loading/unloading ovens and furnaces Machine setting and process optimisation What We're Looking For Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity Strong concentration and focus Good problem-solving and time management Ability to follow procedures and health & safety protocols Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Clear communication across all levels of the business Why Join Us?
