Salary: £35,000–£50,000 per year
Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Overview A well-established, independent property agency is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join its Letchworth office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident managing the full residential sales process.
Key Responsibilities Engage professionally with clients and prospective buyers

Arrange and conduct market appraisals

List new properties for sale

Prepare marketing materials for new instructions

Arrange and carry out property viewings

Generate, negotiate, and manage offers

Maintain and update applicant and instruction databases

Progress sales from offer through to completion

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Promote the full range of available property services

Manage general office administration

What We're Looking For Proven experience in residential sales or a strong track record in a similar sales-driven role

Solid understanding of the property sales process

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability

Excellent communication and listening skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Comfortable working collaboratively within a team

Confident using IT systems and managing administrative tasks

Awareness of compliance requirements within the property sector
