Senior Customer Insight Analyst (Customer Loyalty) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus Benefits: Pension up to 12% (8% employee contribution) Join one of the world’s leading online marketplaces as they invest heavily in loyalty and customer engagement. This is a key strategic role within the customer analytics function — focused on using data to design, measure, and enhance loyalty initiatives that drive retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value across global markets. As Senior Customer Analyst, you’ll use data to understand customer behaviour and shape loyalty propositions that deliver real business impact. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to design programmes that reward loyalty and deepen engagement. Building and maintaining a Single Customer View (SCV) to power personalised experiences Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau or Looker Strong understanding of loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement strategies Strategic thinker who can connect insights to commercial outcomes Python for statistical analysis
