As Senior Customer Analyst, you’ll use data to understand customer behaviour and shape loyalty propositions that deliver real business impact. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to design programmes that reward loyalty and deepen engagement.
Building and maintaining a Single Customer View (SCV) to power personalised experiences
Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau or Looker
Strong understanding of loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement strategies
Strategic thinker who can connect insights to commercial outcomes
Python for statistical analysis
