Branch Supervisor - Rugby (CV22 7DB) - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor based in Rugby, youll be responsible for:
Assisting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.
Supervise and support branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.
General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders. xwzovoh (This will involve manual handling heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)
Covering the driver when off to make deliveries to customers in the local area
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Previous industry or merchant experience is preferable
Prior experience in a Face to Face customer service/sales environment
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
Willingness to step up to run the branch in the Branch Managers absence
To be a team player who is happy to take on a diverse role to carry out all jobs in the branch to ensure it runs smoothly
Keenness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
