The Opportunity Im working with a well-regarded, independent estate agency in North Leeds thats looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow their property management function.
This is a key hire for the business, offering genuine scope to step into a Head of Property Management role for the right individual, with responsibility across team leadership, compliance, and departmental growth.
The company has built a strong reputation locally for its personal, transparent and relationship-led approach, and is now looking for someone who can build on that success.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the lettings and property management team
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the managed portfolio
• Drive new business and win landlord instructions
• Grow and retain the property management portfolio
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle escalations and ensure high service standards
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and direction of the department

About You

• Proven background in lettings and/or property management
• Experience managing or leading a team
• Strong track record in business xwzovoh generation
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Good working knowledge of current lettings legislation
• Commercially aware, organised, and proactive
