We are currently recruiting an experienced Side Loader Driver for a busy and growing engineered timber department based in Cradley Heath & Old Hill. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable weekday hours and long-term career potential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:00am 4:00pm
38.75 hours per week
45-minute lunch break
Two paid 15-minute breaks
Pay & Benefits
£14 per hour starting rate depending on experience
Temp-to-perm position

Your Responsibilities
Operating a sideloader safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles using MHE
Picking and packing finished goods
Supporting the Engineered Timber Department
Maintaining quality and safety standards
Assisting supervisors xwzovoh and production staff with daily operations
Ensuring machinery and equipment are used correctly
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years sideloader experience
Current C1 Licence (required)
Reliable and safety-conscious approach
