Job Description Locum Adults Social Care Lawyer - Remote £60-65 per hour West Midlands | 6 months+ /n An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adults Social Care Lawyer to join a large, well-respected public sector organisation based in the West Midlands on a locum basis. /n The role is offered for an initial 6 month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. Fully remote working is available, with flexible start timescales. /n The Role: /n You will manage a varied adults social care caseload, including: /n /n - Court of Protection applications /n - Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS) matters /n - Providing legal advice on adult social care and mental health law /n - Supporting the authority with statutory duties and complex cases /n /n Requirements: /n /n - Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive (or equivalent) /n - Proven experience in Adults Social Care law /n - Local authority or public sector experience preferred /n - Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting /n /n What's on Offer /n /n - £60-65 per hour /n - Fully remote working /n - 6 month initial contract with extension potential /n - Flexible start date /n /n This role would suit an experienced Adults Social Care Lawyer seeking a well-paid, remote locum assignment with stability and flexibility. /n We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting.
