Looking for a Senior Security Engineer with strong HashiCorp Vault expertise to join a key client based in London.


The Role:

This is a hands-on Vault platform owner position, focused on building, operating, and scaling secure secrets management across modern cloud and Kubernetes environments.

You’ll play a key role in securing core infrastructure and enabling engineering teams to manage secrets safely and efficiently at scale.

The role sits within an infrastructure/platform team, where security is closely tied to overall system performance and reliability, making this a high-impact position within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage HashiCorp Vault (Enterprise preferred) within a production environment

• Design and operate secure secrets management at scale

• Implement and improve authentication methods, RBAC, and access controls

• Work closely with platform teams to embed security into infrastructure and delivery pipelines

• Contribute to secure CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)


What they’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault

• Background in DevSecOps xwzovoh / Platform Engineering / Cloud Security

• Solid experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and automation

• Good understanding of IAM, authentication, and RBAC models

• Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
