Working alongside a highly regarded national private client practice, you will support a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family business owners, trustees and estates. Known for delivering exceptional client service and technical excellence, the team provides specialist advice across personal tax, trusts and succession planning, whilst offering a collaborative and supportive environment where career development is actively encouraged. Your new roleAs a Manager within the Family Office & Private Client Tax Compliance team, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of private clients, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality compliance service across a range of personal tax matters. A significant element of the role will focus on trust compliance, including the preparation and review of trust accounts, trust tax returns and inheritance tax reporting.You will act as a trusted adviser to your clients, developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to provide additional value through advisory support. Working closely with colleagues across the wider tax practice, you will contribute to complex private client projects involving capital gains tax, residence and remittance issues, succession planning and wealth preservation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to establish themselves as a key trust specialist within a growing and highly respected team.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this position, you will bring previous experience gained within a Private Client or Personal Tax environment, ideally from a professional services background. You will have strong experience managing personal tax compliance work and be confident overseeing complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates. Direct experience of trust compliance is essential, including trust tax returns, trust accounts and trust administration matters. You will ideally be ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified, although individuals who are qualified through experience will also be considered.
