Parts Technical Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Technical Specialist based in Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Parts Technical Specialist role Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Location: Bedfordshire Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities of the Parts Technical Specialist * Identify and source spare parts for a wide range * First point of contact for parts telephone and email customer enquiries * Interpreting technical drawings * Preparing and issuing parts quotations * Liasing with suppliers * Maintaining accurate records * Provide technical guidance to customers * Assist with maintaining the web shop Requirements for a successful Parts Technical Specialist * Previous experience in a customer-facing parts, technical sales or technical support role * Strong mechanical aptitude * Ability to read technical drawings * Excellent communication skills * Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills About Allstaff Recruitment We’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
