Recruitment Consultant – Tech (AI / Product / Engineering)

What’s actually going on at numi?
We’ve had a ridiculous start to the year, smashing Q1 with 140% of target.
Our clients keep coming back (over 90% repeat rate, which in recruitment is basically unheard of unless you’re doing something right…).

What you’ll do
- Own a slice of the tech world (AI / Product / Engineering: pick your battlefield)
- Build relationships people actually remember you for
- Win business without begging for it
- Work candidates like a human
- Use AI tools that do the boring stuff so you can focus on the actual money making conversations
Basically: do recruitment properly. Just faster, sharper, and better rewarded.
What this is role is NOT
- A sit quietly and hit KPIs environment
- A place where ideas go to die in meetings, processes and red tape.
- A corporate ladder you’ll spend 5 years climbing for a tiny raise

- Know your market properly (not just “I recruit tech” like, actually know it)
- Can hold your own with C Suite candidates and clients
- Pick up the phone
- Like trying new approaches instead of recycling the same old BD script from 2017
- Are bold enough to take risks, and honest enough to own mistakes when they happen
- Are just… enjoyable to work with (this matters more than people admit)
