Production Operative

About the Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join a busy engineering company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with an early finish every Friday. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Operating machinery and production equipment safely * Assembling, packing, and inspecting products * Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process * Following health & safety procedures at all times * Keeping work areas clean and organised * Supporting other departments when required * Meeting daily production targets Candidate Requirements * Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential * Good attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Reliable and punctual * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Own transport required due to location What’s on Offer * Early finish every Friday * Full training provided * Friendly and supportive team environment * Opportunity for permanent employment following a successful temporary period * On-site parking available
