Site Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer to join an established family-owned business in Leeds. Their flagship product saves money, saves energy, cuts carbon and offers an innovative solution to the worldwide challenge of reducing energy wastage.

• Based on site with some occasional in-house prefitting and assembly of various types of distribution and power transformers and associated packages
• You will prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, preassembly images & parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials
• You will assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
• You will be required to travelthird-party sitesites both in the UK and Europe to build up the equipment and test
• You will ensure that all equipment is assembled and tested to the highest standard
• You will bcustomer-facing ambassadorador of our client whilst on site and able to deliver excellent customer service levels, even when sometimes under pressure
• Use of initiative in an environment with changing priorities whilst alwfocusingsing on completing a task safely
