About the role
Alliance Medicalare recruiting for a Medical Administrator to join our busy and friendly teams at our centres in Hillsborough& Holywood Road, Belfast.

This is a full-time, permanent contract(37.5 hours per week) with working hours between Monday and Friday, 7:15am8:15pm.
*Will be required to work across both Hillsborough& Holywood Road sites Contract:Full-time, Permanent contract Working hours:37.5 hours per week Candidate is required to be flexible between Mon-Friday, 7.15am-8.15pm.
This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.
The successful candidates will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, making & receiving phone calls, being the first point of contact to the patients when they arrive to the centre & providing excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with sensitivity and precision Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and manage appointment-related queries Accurately update patient records and internal booking systems Work closely with radiology and clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Provide consistent, compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their visit Assist Radiographers and act as a chaperone if required for the patients and clinicians benefit.
Provide reassurance to patients by way of clear explanation as to the nature of an examination. xwzovoh
