This charming restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Kensington is looking for its next Head Chef. You'll play a vital role in managing the lively kitchen, ensuring high standards and helping maintain a community of regular guests.
The restaurant serves authentic European cuisine; everything is produced in-house. As Head Chef, you'd lead a kitchen team of 8 and oversee services of up to 120 covers.
The Person
Previous experience within high quality restaurants. This opportunity could also suit a Senior Sous Chef ready to move into their first Head Chef role.
You will need to be passionate about working with quality seasonal produce, using ingredients from select suppliers showcased in a carefully crafted menu.
Strong financial acumen with experience in monitoring GP/food cost, ordering and rota writing.
Availability to work 5/7 days per week, a mixture of shifts.
