We’re looking for an experienced Finisher to work in areas around South Birmingham, carrying out snagging and finishing works on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within social housing properties. The Finisher will be making sure everything looks right before the job is signed off, including silicone, mastic, basic carpentry, patching, painting and general making good. You’ll need a good eye for detail and take pride in leaving a high-quality finish.  Requirements: Previous experience as a Finisher or multi-trader Must have experience working within social housing Confident with silicone, mastic, basic carpentry, patching and painting Strong snagging and finishing skills Comfortable working in occupied properties Own van and toolsBenefits: £190 per day Weekly pay CIS Long-term, ongoing work Work across South BirminghamIf you’re a skilled Finisher with social housing experience and can leave kitchens and bathrooms looking spot on, get in touch today
