Referral and Allocation Officer Salary: £24,880.99 a year Location: Derby County Hours per week: 37.5 Contract type: Fixed Term As a member of our Domestic Abuse Services you’ll be providing triage and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our co-ordinated response to high risk domestic abuse services in Derbyshire. What you’ll do: * Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from customers, colleagues and partner agencies. * Process referrals and use risk assessment tools to assess suitability for the service. * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and manage resources. * Collate data, research and reports to support service development and commissioner reporting. * Maintain secure records, work within safeguarding and information-sharing standards, and build strong partnerships with agencies. Who you are: * A strong understanding of relationship abuse, including the dynamics, behaviours and risks involved. * Excellent communication and listening skills, with confidence to ask questions and clarify information. * Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, including confidence using case management systems and handling confidential information. * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * A collaborative, compassionate approach that values individuals and supports colleagues. * A full driving licence with the use of your own vehicle is essential. * DBS check required.
