Warehouse Team Leader Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing warehouse operation in Guildford. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day warehouse team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards across the operation. Job Function: Leading and supporting the warehouse team Overseeing picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch Monitoring stock levels and warehouse organisation Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed Driving efficiency and maintaining productivity levels Requirements: Previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience Proactive and organised approach Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Shift Pattern: 5 days in 7 on a 5-week rotation, including: 1 full weekend 1 Sunday shift This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding business with excellent long-term prospects.
