Healthcare Assistant Needed – Neurological & Complex Care  📍 Agency Work | Immediate Starts Available We are currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our agency team, supporting individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and complex care needs across a range of specialist inpatient settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. 💵 Pay Rate: £14.24 – £15.00 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay) 🧠 Key Responsibilities You will be supporting individuals with complex health needs, including: Neurological rehabilitation (physical and cognitive support) Long-term complex care and specialist nursing support Supporting patients with sensory impairments and disorders of consciousness Respite care and short breaks support Palliative and end-of-life care support✅ Key Requirements Minimum 6–12 months UK experience in a Support Worker or HCA role Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days and nights💼 What We Offer Immediate starts available Consistent long day and night shifts Competitive agency pay rates Flexible working to suit your availability Dedicated one-to-one consultant support📩 Apply Now This is an urgent agency requirement with immediate starts available.
