Project Manager Fit Out

About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major distribution centre project in Mansfield. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale distribution centre project * Oversee planning, programming, and execution of construction activities * Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and site teams * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards * Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, reporting on progress regularly * Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders * Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project delivery * Drive quality assurance across all phases, particularly M&E and fit-out elements Candidate Requirements * Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on industrial or logistics developments * Strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and fit-out works * Demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-paced construction projects * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Strong commercial awareness and cost management experience * Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent) * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Professional), and First Aid certification preferred What’s on Offer * Competitive daily rate (DOE) * Opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale project * Career progression within a growing and dynamic organisation * Supportive and collaborative working environment If you are a driven Project Manager with a strong M&E and fit-out background looking for your next challenge, we would like to hear from you.
