Quarry Site Manager

Site Manager Bristol Area £60,000 – £70,000 NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established contractor operating across quarry and heavy industrial sites in the South West. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee quarry-based operations around Bristol. The Role You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervising engineers, welders and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards. Responsibilities include: Managing quarry and industrial site operations Supervising engineering teams and subcontractors Ensuring health & safety and site compliance Coordinating maintenance and project works Liaising with clients and management teams Managing RAMS and permits to work Driving productivity and operational performance The Candidate Experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within quarrying, heavy plant or industrial environments Strong understanding of quarry operations and safety procedures Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Good leadership and communication skills Essential Requirements SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred) IOSH or NEBOSH CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence Package £60,000 – £70,000 DOE Company vehicle or allowance Permanent long-term opportunity Work across established quarry operations in the South West Apply now or contact NEOS Engineering for more information
