About the role
As a Post-16 Support Worker in a supported living home, you'll s upport young individuals transitioning to independent living, ensuring their personal growth and well-being. Youll develop personalized care plans, offering emotional and trauma-informed support, and help them develop life skills like budgeting, cooking, and job readiness.

Qualifications include a passion for supporting young people, strong communication skills, and a willingness to complete an NVQ Level 3 within the first year.
