Pay: £14.65 per hour + mileage (45p per mile)
Job Type: Part time (Maternity cover)

The Role We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Community Support Worker to support both clients and the wider care team.
This is a key role within the service, combining hands-on care with additional responsibilities to support quality, compliance and day-to-day operations.
Working Pattern Alternate weekends required One working weekend
One on-call weekend
On-call requirement: 1 in 4 (including weekends as part of rota)
Key Responsibilities Operational Support Answering incoming phone calls and responding to carer and client enquiries
Providing guidance and support to care staff in the community
Supporting with day-to-day operational issues
Care Quality & Compliance Conducting spot checks to monitor staff performance
Completing and reviewing medication competencies
Supporting with audits and maintaining high standards of care
Care Planning Creating, updating and reviewing care plans
Ensuring care plans are accurate, person-centred and up to date
Responding to changes in client needs
Multi-Agency Working Liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers and other external agencies
Supporting coordinated care for clients
Care Delivery Providing hands-on care when required
Supporting clients with: Personal care
Medication
Daily living tasks
Promoting independence
What Were Looking For Previous experience in a care role (Senior experience preferred) xwzovoh
Strong understanding of domiciliary care
Confident communication and decision-making skills
Ability to support and guide other staff members
Organised and proactive approach
Essential Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK
