Live-In Carer required Supported Living (7 Days On / 7 Days Off) 📍 Birmingham 💷 £700 per week 🕒 Alternate weeks: 7 days on / 7 days off 🏠 Live-in position About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Live-In Carer to provide high-quality support for an individual in their own home in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and experienced in supporting people with daily living needs while promoting independence and dignity. The position operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off rota, offering a good work-life balance with accommodation and meals provided during working weeks. Responsibilities * Providing personal care and companionship to two service users (will be upported by another carer during the day) * Assisting with mobility and daily routines * Preparing meals and supporting with medication reminders * Light household duties and maintaining a safe environment * Supporting emotional wellbeing and social engagement * Communicating effectively with family members when required Requirements * Previous experience in care or support work preferred * Kind, dependable, and professional attitude * Good communication skills * Right to work in the UK * Enhanced DBS check preferred (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer * £700 weekly pay * Live-in accommodation included during shifts * Regular 7-on / 7-off schedule * Supportive working environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference To Apply Please send your CV and a short introduction outlining your experience and availability
