Customer Experience and CRM Executive in the Automotive Sector Based in Cardiff  Our client, a prominent multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership based in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience/CRM Executive to join their dynamic Marketing department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to enhance customer engagement, optimise CRM processes, and support both sales and aftersales functions in a reputable automotive business.
