This is a demanding but exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening financial performance mindset within the cluster.What is your role?You will be at the heart of the business, driving both strategy and performance by:Partnering with Commercial and Operations teams as a key member of the Cluster Country Management TeamCo-creating and influencing strategic decisions to deliver sustainable growth, profitability and cash performanceLeading business performance processes, with a focus on ROIC and value creationProactively identifying risks and opportunities, enabling smarter, faster decision-makingSupporting the development and execution of local market strategies, including sales growth and margin improvement plansOverseeing key finance activities across the region, including cash collection and audit coordination, in close collaboration with central Finance OperationsMain Responsibilities This is a high-impact role where you will:Move beyond reporting into true business partnering and strategic influenceShape how finance adds value across a complex, multi-country environmentWork closely with senior leaders and directly impact business outcomesPlay a key role in embedding a modern, data-driven finance functionWho are you?Knowledge and skills:Business and Financial acumenStrong engagement, presentation and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong bias for action and ownershipExperience required:Finance qualification MSs in Finance, MBA, CIMA or equivalentMinimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, preferably in Agri, B2B, e-commerceRelevant working experience in Finance Business PartneringExperience with financial reporting tools (preferably Oracle) and strong Excel capabilitiesExperience with project managementWhat we offer?We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization.
