Welder / Fabricator (TIG & MIG) Ongoing temp contract £16 PH PAYE Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator with strong practical skills in TIG and MIG welding.

Key Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of materials (e.g.

mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium) Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans Measure, cut, and assemble components to specification Carry out fabrication tasks including grinding, drilling, and finishing Ensure all welds meet quality standards and project requirements Inspect completed work for accuracy and structural integrity Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment Follow all health & safety procedures at all times Requirements Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding (essential) Strong fabrication skills and workshop experience Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic Desirable (Not Essential) Previous xwzovoh experience in a similar role or industry Experience working with a range of metals and thicknesses Basic understanding of workshop machinery and tools Qualifications No formal welding certifications required Practical experience and demonstrated skill are more important What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities (if applicable) Stable, long-term employment Supportive team environment
