Commercial Valuation Surveyor

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Chartered Surveyor or Associate to join our highly successful Scottish commercial Real Estate Valuation team. You will be stepping into a warm, active pipeline working on high-impact projects, typically dealing with assets around the £5m liability mark.

This role offers incredible variety and true autonomy. Unlike teams that are pigeon-holed into specific niches, our team covers the entire geography of Scotland and works across a diverse range of portfolios.

Key Responsibilities & Client Mix

You will work closely alongside our two Glasgow-based Directors, dividing your focus across a stable and prestigious client base:

Public Sector Portfolio: Delivering asset valuations for high-profile public bodies, including the NHS, SEPA, and various Local Authorities.

Private Sector Portfolio: Conducting Loan Security valuations and commercial assessments for major banks and private firms.

What We Are Looking For

• MRICS Qualified at Surveyor or Associate level.
• A strong Commercial Valuation background, or a proven track record in Public Sector asset valuation.
• Solid experience in handling Loan Security work.
• Comfortable managing liabilities around the £5m mark.
• Excellent client rapport—someone who enjoys building lasting professional relationships.
• Based ideally in Glasgow to collaborate with the Directors and support our office-based apprentice, though we will warmly welcome applications from Edinburgh for the right candidate.
