About the role
We are launching a brand-new BYD showroom and are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Executive to help lead from the front. This is a key role for a proven sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take ownership of high-value customer interactions, support the wider sales team, and drive overall showroom performance. Youll act as a role model for best practice, combining strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert high-quality leads, maximising every sales opportunity.
Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey, from enquiry to handover.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Support, mentor, and motivate junior sales executives.
Assist management with reporting, forecasting, and stock planning.
Maintain expert knowledge of BYD vehicles, EV technology, and competitor offerings.
Handle complex or high-value negotiations with confidence.
Ensure showroom standards reflect the premium nature of the brand.
Ideally, we are looking for:
Proven track record in automotive or high-value retail sales.
Strong closing skills and commercial acumen.
Natural leader with the ability to influence and support others.
Highly organised with experience using CRM systems.
Passion for electric vehicles and the future of mobility.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
