About the role
Jobstore are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join our clients leading team on a Temporary/Temp to Perm basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting human resources functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your administrative expertise within a dynamic distribution organisation, ensuring smooth payroll operations and HR compliance with relevant policies.
Responsibilities
Process weekly/4 weekly/monthly payrolls, auto enrolment pensions - full end to end role
Deliver accurate, compliant payroll services on time, dealing with HMRC, and pension providers.
BACS submissions and exporting report, PAYE, CIS
Holiday pay, SMP/SSP
Keeping up to date with payroll legislation ensuring the highest standards.
Maintain employee records and data entry within HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Manage employee information updates, leave requests, and benefits administration efficiently.
Assist with activities related to HR initiatives or employer branding efforts.
Collaborate with the human resources team to support organisational policies, employee engagement programmes, and compliance requirements.
Generate reports related to payroll, attendance, and HR metrics as needed for management review.
Liaise with external vendors or agencies regarding payroll processing or benefits administration.
Requirements
Proven experience with HR and Payroll systems ideally Staffology
Strong understanding of human resources practices and payroll administration processes.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalto effectively liaise across departments.
Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records.
Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines. xwzovoh
