Class 2 HGV Delivery Driver

The job purpose is to be part of the delivery service team and provide an efficient and excellent service to our customers. Paid overtime is available for this role. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday however as the role supports the business the start time may move to 6am when necessary, and every other Saturday morning 8am-12noon. This role is to start 1st April 2026 and ending 30th November 2026.

*Day to day you will:*

* · Deliver customer’s orders of product to customer’s premises
* · Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
* · Provide excellent customer service to our customers
* · Complete related administrative duties
* · Comply with all regulatory requirements for the transport of products
* Comply to all Dangerous Goods regulations

*CORE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING*

* · Are qualified with a category C Licence
* · Has an up-to date CPC Licence
* · Excellent communication and customer service skills
* · Administration skills to support the duties
* · A real positive and ‘can do’ flexible attitude
* · Physically able to carry out the duties needed
* · An ADR licence would be desirable but not essential
* · Forklift xwzovoh (counterbalance) licence desirable

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
