We have an excellent permanent opportunity for a n experienced Client Manager to join our client within the Accountancy & Financial industry in Clackmannanshire. Responsibilities in your new role as Client Manager As a Client Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, acting as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients. In this hands-on role, you'll build strong relationships, provide expert business advice, and oversee all key financial submissions, including accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping. You'll ensure client records are accurate an up to date, while responding to queries efficiently and professionally. Working closely with outsourcing partners, you'll coordinate the information they need to deliver a seamless service. Alongside managing your own portfolio, you'll review the work of junior team members, support their development, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services. This is a collaborative role where you'll be encouraged to get involved across the wider team. Experience with Xero is advantageous, although full training will be provided. Your personality, experience and qualifications We're looking for a proactive and driven individual with at least 3 years' experience in a client-facing accounting or financial management role. A formal qualification isn't essential, what matters most is your hands-on experience and ability to deliver. Strong communication skills are key, enabling you to build trusted client relationships, provide clear advice, and lead with confidence.
