Estimator - housebuilder

Caralex Recruitment Limited are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded housebuilder based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to appoint an Estimator. The Company is looking for an experienced Estimator who can work with the Commercial team in preparing and controlling budgets and cost reconciliations on residential building sites such as Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North and West London Boroughs.    Applicants will ideally have worked in the housebuilding industry or other affiliated industries such as for a groundworks or bricklaying subcontractor, a cost consultancy / PQS firm or for a social hosing contractor
