Warehouse Operative – Day Shift

Clements Young Ltd are recruiting for hands-on Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in the South Norfolk area. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for consistent weekday work with early morning starts and full-time hours. Job Overview You will be working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team carrying out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, picking, packing, and stock movement. This role is very hands-on and requires a good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Key Responsibilities * Picking and packing orders accurately * Loading and unloading deliveries * Goods in / goods out processing * Moving stock around the warehouse * General warehouse and manual handling duties * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment About You * Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential * Comfortable with manual, hands-on work * Reliable with good timekeeping (7am starts essential) * Able to work well as part of a team * Positive attitude and strong work ethic What’s on Offer * £12.71ph or £14.24ph depending on pay scheme * Monday to Friday working pattern * Early 7:00am starts – finish your day earlier * Weekly pay * Ongoing, stable work * Opportunity for long-term placement Location South Norfolk area – commutable from Norwich, Wymondham, Diss, Attleborough and surrounding areas
