PMO Lead - Operational Resilience 2-3 days per week in Sheffield 6-month Contract | Long-term Engagement £550 - £575| Inside IR35 We are working with a global IT services provider seeking an experienced PMO professional to support the governance, traceability, regulatory readiness, delivery tracking, and oversight of remediation activities across a large-scale Operational Resilience programme. Key Responsibilities Maintain governance frameworks, delivery tracking, and RAID management across the programme Ensure end-to-end traceability of actions, risks, and remediation plans Support operational resilience and regulatory reporting requirements Maintain key programme artefacts to support audit and compliance activities Coordinate inputs across squads to ensure consistent reporting and visibility Support regulatory and audit engagements, ensuring evidence is complete and accessibleKey Requirements Proven experience working as a PMO Lead within financial services An understanding of operational resilience frameworks or DORA regulations Experience supporting governance, audit, and regulatory engagement Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex delivery environmentsECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
