Role: Hygiene Operative Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: South Norfolk Salary: Up to £32,500.00 per annum Sector: Manufacturing Shifts: Night Shift Monday to Friday: 7:00pm - 4:00am Transport: Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift time   We're looking for a Hygiene Operative to join a growing manufacturing team on the outskirts of Wymondham, Norfolk. This hands-on role involves maintaining high hygiene standards across the production environment, carrying out deep-cleaning duties, and supporting machinery strip-down and rebuild activities. Working as part of a small, close-knit team, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking for long-term stability and progression   Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00pm - 4:00am 45 guaranteed hours per week Salary: up to 32,500.00 Competitive pay, with an increase after probation Overtime paid after 45 hours Occasional weekend maintenance/project work (approximately once every 3 months)   What You'll Be Doing: Providing a comprehensive cleaning service across the production facility Vacuuming, washing floors, emptying bins, cleaning toilets, foaming, sanitising, scrubbing, and carrying out high-level cleaning tasks Dismantling and rebuilding production machinery for deep cleaning and maintenance purposes Completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain plant hygiene standards Ensuring quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards are consistently met and improved Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment at all times   What We're Looking For: Previous hygiene, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working in a hands-on environment Good attention to detail and ability to work to high hygiene standards Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning duties Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well within a small team Flexible approach to occasional weekend maintenance work   What's in It for You: Competitive pay with increase after probation Guaranteed 45 hours per week Stable night shift pattern Permanent role Supportive and growing team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term opportunity within manufacturing   How to Apply: Please click apply now or send your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for more information
