Solutions/Implementation Consultant – London (Hybrid) - £60k Flexible working | Digital Transformation Consultancy | Excellent Progression Opportunity Ada Meher is currently resourcing for a Solutions/Implementation Consultant to join an innovative PropTech company as they roll out their next-generation property management SaaS platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, customisation, implementation, support and training for new customers as they are onboarded onto the CRM platform. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about how technology can transform traditional industries. To Be Considered: • Proven experience in a CRM based Solutions or Implementation focused role • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce, Qube etc) • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using SQL and Excel • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences • Experience managing projects or initiatives from planning through to delivery • Demonstrable stakeholder management and documentation skills • Any knowledge or experience in the Real Estate or Property Management sector would be a bonus This company is at the forefront of digital transformation in the property sector, offering an exciting opportunity to shape how operational technology impacts tenants, landlords, and property managers alike.
