SENIOR ARCHITECT – HEALTHCARE
Glasgow | Design-Led Employee-Owned Practice
£38,000 - £45,00 depending on experience
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland’s most respected and design-led architectural practices.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to help lead the delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

The role
You will:
Lead technical delivery across RIBA stages 4–5.
Coordinate architectural packages within a wider integrated team.
Manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
Oversee technical detailing, specifications, BIM coordination, and site delivery.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Play a key role in delivering a nationally significant healthcare project.
What they are looking for
ARB Registered Architect.
5–10+ years post-Part 3 experience.
Strong technical delivery skills.
Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4–5.
Revit proficiency essential.
Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Passion for high-quality, technically robust architecture.
