Location: Swindon Contract: Temporary - Immediate start until end of June (with potential to extend) Working Pattern: 08:15 - 15:45 Mon-Fri Term time only (no pay during school holidays) Pay: £95 per day About the Role Hays is currently recruiting for a School Receptionist to join a welcoming and inclusive specialist educational setting in Swindon. This is a front‑of‑house role and would suit someone who is professional, calm, and confident working in a school environment where safeguarding, clear communication, and organisation are essential.The position is available for an immediate start and will initially run until the end of June, with the possibility of extension depending on requirements. About the Setting The role is based within a specialist school supporting children and young people aged 4 to 19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs. The school has a strong community ethos and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for pupils, families, staff, and visitors. Creating a warm, well‑organised, and professional first point of contact is a key part of this role.
