JM Workforce Services are currently working with a Children's Social Care provider, led by an experienced and respected Directorship and Responsible Individual (RI) and Registered Manager in recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for a residential children’s home in Manchester. Which means we can schedule more staff outings! * Hourly rate is £14.00 - £15.00 per hour - £50 per sleep! * 28 Days Holiday including bank holidays * Access to be enrolled onto your Level 5 Qualifications * Specialised training to tailor the needs of the home We’re looking for someone who: ● Has proven experience as a residential support worker within a residential children’s home setting. ● Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred). ● Level 3 /4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (essential). ● Sound knowledge of Ofsted legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare. ● A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
