Fire and Security Systems Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team across the North West. This is a field-based role working across a variety of commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of fire and security systems while building strong relationships with customers. Pay: £35,000-£40,000 per annum Location: West Yorkshire/ Leeds based with travel around Yorkshire and North-West Key Responsibilities * Service and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently * Complete all service documentation and reports accurately * Ensure systems meet relevant British Standards * Provide excellent customer service on-site * Support with occasional small installation works when required * Participate in a shared telephone support call-out rota Systems Experience Required * CCTV (IP & analogue – Hikvision, Dahua) * Access Control (Paxton, Comelit PAC) * Fire Alarms ((BS5839 compliant) * Intruder Alarms (Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy) What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a similar role * Strong knowledge of fire and security systems * Good understanding of industry standards * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload * Professional and reliable with good communication skills * Full UK driving licence * Ability to pass security vetting What’s on Offer * Competitive salary (£35,000 – £40,000) * Company vehicle (with private use) * Mobile phone and laptop * Pension scheme * Ongoing training and development * Career progression opportunities
