Change Management/ Business Process Analyst £400 to £450, Outside IR35 Swansea Hybrid 6 Months Contract Your new company A Large Organisation based in Swansea Your new role To support service and system reviews through a combination of structured change management and detailed business process analysis. Key Responsibilities: Lead business process reviews for ERP platforms and Building Services Capture and map AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes Assess operational impacts and support change planning and engagement Produce clear recommendations to support decision-making and implementation What you'll need to succeed Strong background in business process analysis and service review work. Proven experience supporting organisational change. Experience with education systems and/or ERP platforms. Confident running workshops and working with frontline operational teams.
