You will act as the central support point for expertiselawyers, practice-based administrators and senior leaders across EMEA,ensuring legal learning programs and expertise community activitiesrun smoothly.You will be joining an expert, dynamic,friendly and well-supported global community of expertise lawyers andother Knowledge & Expertise (K&E) specialists.(K&E) is a highly regarded, globalfunction encompassing expertise and legal learning, research andbusiness intelligence, and knowledge management.Key responsibilitiesYou will help deliver two key areas of K&E's strategy:Strengthening how we coordinate expertise lawyers and administerexpertise across Ashurst Perkins Coie. You will supportcross-practice initiatives and expertise planning, drive consistencyin resourcing, and coordinate support for practice-based ExpertiseLawyers and their administrators.Delivering a cross-practice legal learning program to uplift thecapabilities of Ashurst Perkins Coie lawyers across EMEA. You willcoordinate hybrid and virtual learning sessions with practice-basedpartners, legal staff, expertise lawyers and other business servicesgroups (including Learning & Organizational Development andBusiness Development teams). The role may extend to supportingclient training programs.You will report to the Director of Expertise and Legal Learning,EMEA.
