This will be to oversee a team of 6 Property Managers.
The Role As Regional Manager, you will: Oversee a team of 6 Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio Provide leadership, support, and development to your team Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business What Were Looking For Proven experience in block/property management at a senior level Previous experience managing and developing a team Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance Ability to manage a large and varied portfolio A proactive mindset with a desire to improve and grow a business Ideally based within a reasonable commuting distance to the office Package & Benefits Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Supportive, collaborative working environment Long-term career progression opportunities Jackson xwzovoh Sims Recruitment, specialists in Real Estate, covering Block & Estate Management, Property Management (AST), Build to Rent (BTR), Facilities Management, Concierge, PBSA and Financial & Accounting Services, operating in London and throughout the UK.
