There is also strong support for specialist interests and further development, particularly within areas such as Diabetes, Hypertension and Weight Management prescribing. Salary – up to £66,972 per annum depending on experience Location – Essex The surgery –                                                    Forward-thinking practice, innovative ways of working Patient care at the heart of this Practice Training Practice Opportunity for development of specialist interests CQC Good Excellent management in place SystmOne Your role – Clinical Pharmacist Full-time position – 37.5 hours per week Ideally an Independent Prescriber with previous Primary Care experience Completion of, or currently undertaking, the CPPE Primary Care pathway Duties include Structured Medication Reviews, polypharmacy management, clinical audits, repeat prescribing, medication reviews, discharge letter processing, and support with QOF and IIF targets Predominantly telephone-based clinics Work collaboratively alongside an experienced team of Clinical Pharmacists within the PCN Encouraged and supported to develop specialist interests Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care throughout The benefits – 28 days annual leave + BHs 1 week Study leave Support with training NHS pension Passionate and friendly team ethos throughout Thorough induction process Next Steps: For further details on this exceptional role, please click the Apply Now button.
