Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on a 6-month project in SW1X, delivering a high-spec hospital/clinic fit out. This Site Manager role offers the opportunity to work on a technically detailed project within a live healthcare environment, making it ideal for someone with strong fit out experience and Tier 1 exposure. About the role of Site Manager As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations on a healthcare fit out project in SW1X. Working for a Tier 1 contractor, you will play a key role within the site team, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard, while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strict compliance within a live environment. Responsibilities for Site Manager * Manage day-to-day site operations on a hospital/clinic fit out project * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme * Maintain high health & safety standards in a live environment * Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders * Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications Requirements for Site Manager * Minimum 5 years experience working for Tier 1 contractors * Proven experience delivering fit out projects * Strong understanding of health & safety, particularly in live environments * CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid at Works About the Company The company is a well-established Tier 1 contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, healthcare, and fit out sectors.
